For many of us, owning a home is a lifelong dream. It brings with it pride of ownership, security, and a feeling of control over which improvements are made and how much they cost. There is also the chance your home will increase in value, making it a sound financial as well as a lifestyle investment. When we buy a house there are many important things to be considered. Location, style, and price are among the most fundamental ones. There are important decisions to be made. The purchase of a home is also very emotional! This is when we need somebody at our side. Somebody who knows well the real estate market and procedures, a counselor that will work with us and represent us. We will start by getting together and deciding on the location, style, and cost. Then we will begin our search: it might take a week, or it might take months: nobody knows. You might fall in love with the third house you visit, or you might see fifty before you find \u201cyours\u201d. We will look for as long as it takes to find \u201cTHE ONE\u201d. When we find it, I will do the market analysis to make sure that the price asked is in accordance with the market and I will negotiate on your behalf. Once the purchase price is agreed upon, I will be there when the building inspection is taking place and I will make sure you are fully aware of and understand all the issues. Then we will work together with your financial institution to get you the best mortgage conditions possible. When all that is done, I will be with you at the notary\u2019s office for the signing of the Deed of sale. And hopefully (if you are not yet tired of me!)
